Lawrence and the Ottoman Empire

Lawrence was sent to fight against the ottoman empire in 19 14. He reconceptualized how his arab partners could fight by focusing on food, water and other necessities rather than physical force. The depth of the desert allowed him to use space and time to his advantage. Lawrence's aim was to make an enemy soldier afraid of his environment.
