The Importance of Having the Right Product

I think sales is absolutely critical to generating revenue. But I do think that it becomes much more challenging for sales if you don't have the right product. It's like the strategic deployment of scarce resources, right? To funnel a bunch of money into building a huge sales team before you're confident that the product is ready to do that is silly.
