The Immutability of God
I am not one who believes that God is in the process of growth change and development. I actually do hold to the very conservative, patristic position of the immutability of God. It may at times look like God is changing, but it's not God that's changed in. We are the ones that are changing. And we have to question how we come to read Scripture and how it must be subordinate to the true word of God, which is Jesus Christ.
