The Negative Equity of House Prices
Some groups of people doing house prices say they've fallen this month, but then other people say it's gone up. All the data is quite skewed because land registry data takes around three months after completion to actually hit a public forum. So I am a bit stuck and I imagine lots of people are in similar situations. Negative equity not necessarily end of the world if you can wait it out, but I can't.
