Women's Role in the Labor Force

In a patriarchal society, the woman may not want to participate in the labor force because there' just not a need for that in the family. I think another reason is that ther isarise inisposable in caver india. Women from the lower rungs of the society do not have enough capital or resources to start something on their own. And some hindrances they were facing was that they didn't have enough intellect resources to learn things. So we need more policies where women are able to work according to what their capabilities are.
