Ryan holiday came up with the idea of a pre mortem. A pre mortem is looking at what you're about to do and asking yourself, what could go wrong? And i was kind of curious, because it hit me as something that perhaps has value in it. I want to talk to stuens what his thoughts were. Is it something we use? Is something we could use?
