The Rise of the DEI Consultants

The DEI consultants didn't emerge out of nowhere. What you have now today are activist organizations on the outside who are basically pressure groups going to these companies and demanding them sign things. The HR people at these companies they talked to would tell you this. It's not enough to agree. You've got to act on it. And so these companies inundated by all these pressure groups, that's when they hire the DEI people.
