The edict of Milan from February 3 13 establishes toleration for both Christianity and pagan religion in the Roman Empire. It was the outcome of a political agreement reached at Milan between Constantine and his eastern co-emperor Licinius. I want to ask you about whether he forced everyone to be a Christian because that's what you often hear. But there's no evidence for Constantine forcing people to become Christian, especially when majority of population remain pagan.
