Did the US Report a Change in Domestic Law?
Under the terms of the convention o the us, all other state arties are mandated to report any changes in domestic law to the convention at large. So one of the first things i determined was that the us. Failed to report this. It became clear to me that there was a studied effort to deceive the convention. Sibut, nobody's fooled.
