Create a School That Engages Kids
Elon Musk started a school for his kids and other SpaceX employees' children in 2014. It was called at Astra which means to the stars and it was in the SpaceX campus. The most popular class was this course called synthesis that Josh Dan, who is now director of the school, created. He designed like over 50 games that had wrinkles and wrinkles and wrinkles of complexity. And that forced kids to make ethical decisions at different points and then reflect on their choices and change their mind and work collaboratively. There were elements of competition but a lot of collaboration and it was just the perfect mix to get kids engaged.
