Justice Kavanaugh and Justice Barrett's Arguments in the Supreme Court

The longest opinion in this case came from the dissent, Sam Alito. I have to say, I am not sure that a fight between her and Justice Kavanaugh is a fair fight. It's clear in kind of every argument she's done. She really does trigger him. And he hates that. He also does, hopefully, say, I would be less troubled than I am today if Justice Gorsuch's concurrence had commanded a majority. So I don't know, I guess he just wants it to be weird.
