Whey Protein Increases Muscle Protein Synthesis

Exercise in general is good for connective tissue and muscle. This is the first study that I've really seen that had like demonstrable evidence of muscle connective tissue like synthesis from barbell training. So it looks like whey protein again increased muscle protein synthesis relative to placebo. collagen protein supplementation, not nearly as good.
