The Future of Government Bonds

Government usually gets money from the private sector. Tim says a couple of groups are in the process of inventing what called a forest resilience bond. The idea is that if the private sector puts up a bunch of money to manage the forest, there's an economic benefit to that management. But when the fire fix bill passed earlier this year, it included two riders that have some environmentalists concerned.
