How to Be a Unique Brewer

Brewers are really looking for that thing that makes them unique and makes them differentiated right how many IPAs are out there made with Chico right now I mean there's got to be hundreds of brands if not thousands of brands that are made with that strain. The biggest struggle was obviously like you can you can get more hops in our water but it was the yeast that was going to take the most effort with this projectYeah finding a unique yeast to Illinois yeah I can imagine right yeast is everywhere it's ubiquitous, so just go out into your woods wherever you are and harvest something alright.
