I think that the systemic solution might take too long and might be too diffuse to elevate immediate suffering so if you look at this as a trolley problem will you now give five rupees or a hundred rupees to a person you see and elevate that suffering immediately? I disagree with that in my calculation. Those of us who have entered the ranks of the elite of India have an obligation to do what we can to help the lot of those one who are not yet elite or even at the baseline of a decent existence, says Ravi Agrawal.
