On the documents case, do you think they delayed? No, they've acted expeditiously, except for the reporting that suggests that the FBI really did not want to push this case. What I worry about here is that we have a judge who in the past has bent over backwards for Trump. These are decisions that judges make based on their own discretion and their assessment of the situation. They can't always be appealed by the party. And I'm not sure the public will have confidence in her decision either way.
