The pandamic team put strangers together in a 72-hour period to solve an urgent problem. They didn't even know each other's names half way through the process and they accepted that this was ok. This is when innovation is really important, but you don't have a huge history of working together with people who yore really depending on for success. The Pandamic team were shocked by how fast results could come from dropping all these traditional organizational structures.
