The Consequences of Snobbery
In a city like Portland, most of the time this comes in the form of snobbery. And then what happens is you give over to contempt which is when you start to look down your nose at somebody else. I just want to say we look down on you because we're better than you because we have good taste in coffee. That's snobbery, that's contempt. There's urban snobbery and suburban snobbery against the urban elites or whatever. Those urban elites, they don't know anything about the real America. We're the ones that are so out of touch. But that's, so you see what I'm saying?"
