You're trunk your center of your trunk is sort of through the center of your thorax and uh you know I was playing ice hockey and we were taught that we had to follow the body. So if you start changing control or you end up with non-optimal movement or restricted movement in your thorax then you won't be having the right sense of where your center ofyour body is it'll be off. And so when you react to forces and you're on uneven pavement when you're running you your brain will make a non-optimum judgment about where your center is which then might be putting excessive loading, changing the the way your muscles are worked around your knee and that would
