Twitter Fined for Using a Phone Number to Target Advertising

Twitter was fined a hundred and fifty million pounds by the FTC. The fine goes back over a period of time, but it's history. Twitter make about a billion dollars a year in profit from memory. This fine is 15% of one year's annual profit. I mean, of course it'll hurt, but it't not going to knock them off course.
