Technical and functional consens are not othogonal, they interact with one anotherer. This is the chapter on component partitioning. Within this we take aa broad brush view. We're not teaching people ow to oo design. That's not the goal. We are making a very component centric view. The counterpart to our explicit interfaces, the apsulated inplement,. It's the idea that these two creatures are ar not two sides of the same qe. They can actually be even more loosely coupled. And again, it was part of this conscious decision to keep them in separate chapters so that they each had their strong focus.
