Are You Trying to Protect Your Team?

I just generally think I can take more than other people and I don't say that to sound arrogant. It's part of my character. In trying to protect my team in those environments I'm creating a situation where their voice doesn't get hurt. And look I mean maybe that is what they want you to do but we don't know. That's the whole mystery right now. So I think a big piece of this is you checking in with them and meeting them where they are. What success looks like for them? What outcomes they'd like to achieve?"
