The Importance of Having a Platform Team

I think that you are going to see more and more companies embrace the internal developer platform. The most important thing, in my opinion, for a platform team is making sure that you are treating everybody else as customers. If you're just throwing a word on something but not taking it seriously, your work will look very different if you don't take it seriously.
