The Importance of Calcium in Muscle Growth
Calcium is not something you have a difficult time getting in your diet usually relative to magnesium relative to say salt. You also need vitamin D as well, right? To make sure that your body can then take the calcium and make it turn into calcium trol or what? Doug: I don't think it really is because you sweat out such a tiny amount. In fact, if you look across most of the stuff, it's going to show a lot of the times you get zero numbers.
