In a big company, it's really like your doing all the jobs of a start up without the upside. And i work like a a certain amont of freedom and lack of oversight. I did this at twitch, which is the first year i tried to kill it. The hours i was working, i was like, i'm going to do the most high impact thing i could do for this company at all times.
