Obama and the War on Terror

CNN's John Sutter talks to David Frum about his new book, "The War on Terror" He says Obama is embracing the counter insurgency movement in Washington. The insurgents are trying to get him to withdraw from terran and leave a residual force there, he says. But they recognize that like mc can's toast, obama is an inevitability, writes Frum.
