I like to lead with the sense of embamment and creating a shared mission for the day, tend slowly, beautifully, things start adding up if youd get these things right. My personal way of leadership has been that i try to empower my team members. A lot of goo times, best comes by just feeling empowered and be to show up every day on a shared mission. To answer your second question, because i've seen leaders both in, say, cities like lucknow, versus elsewhere, and even in the valley.
