Sally Kohn: I'd love for you to talk a little bit about if you remember why we came to that as a fundraising strategy and how it's gone. She says the initial resistance or feeling that it might not work was in two places. The staff were quite clear that they didn't want this thing that happens in hospitals where, you know, the doctor gets touted as part of the campaign. And then the third place of issue to solve is because we were going to be supporting some of our clients' ability to use social media.
