The documentation is not bloated, so complex to update. It should be one of those things that you could just update on the fly and it's probably a living document. Multi project governance for me is about combining project reports, combining steering groups. And maybe even if it's appropriate, combining your risk governance, your risk reporting or your risk management approaches as well.
