Is There a Future in Analytics?
Technology can do amazing things in watching the patterns and how people are working. A big piece of this is culture, when i think about it, which is understanding those parts of organizations that may not be as connected to the company culture as others. The second is knowledge, which is one we are more distributed. How we connect two other people into knowledge bases becomes more important because we can't just lean over the wall or look across the hall, or grab that person at the water cooler.
