A small, dedicated group of white color workers an industries from tec ta banking to ins say they've found a way to double their pay. Don't tell anybody, and for the most part, don't do too much work either in their home offices. They use paid time off, in some cases unlimited, to juggle the occasional big project o ramp up at a new gig. Many say they don't work more than forty hours a week for both jobs combined.
