Is the Federal Statute Foreclosing Judgmentary Relief From Removal?

The case is interesting in part because the petitioner contends that the eleventh circuit erred holding that the federal statute bars judicial review of all findings related to a non citizen's eligibility for relief. The government disagrees with that assessment and notes that, unlike the first question, the eleventh circuits decision on that issue does not create a circuit split. And like an interesting sort of confluence of state law issues as well mixed in im the case, i think it is fairer to say, lea, and you can correct me if you think i'm wrong on this, but i think this is probably going to be the big swinging marathon case of the week.
