The Procedural Board Game

This is a procedural board game What does that mean? It means You don't have to memorize everything because you just follow a giant chart And or a turn sequence and it tells you what to do for a moment to moment. I imagine at some point Maybe years from now after he played this game many many times. I could maybe get through most of a turn of Mr. President without looking at the rule book more than a dozen timesmaybe Now you're still gonna have to check things up in charts.
