"I became like what I would call an obsessive planner. I would carry this little book with me and write down specifically what I was going to do," he said. "It took a couple years, but eventually, by the time we were 17 or 18, I applied that to my academic pursuits." He says his focus as he's gotten older is longevity rather than being big and strong.
