A lot of people, they're looking to make excuses for why they are where they are. A good example that I make is you might be working on a task, let's say cleaning your backyard. Your brain tells your body, Hey, you know what, I know you're tight, but we've got to finish this up. And guess what? This is a body response because of the strength of your mind and the strength you have within you. If you don't employ some kind of philosophy or some kind of strategic thinking in your life, you're just operating at the level of an animal.
