The Pitfalls of Working in the Software Development Industry in Japan
The most common thing that I hear from people who are interested in working here is that they're really looking forward to living in Japan. They love the idea of getting to experience the culture and everything. It's different from, you know, perhaps where they grew up. The one kind of caveat is that they’re a little bit afraid of the work culture. So yeah, it's something to absolutely watch out for and be aware of. But as long as you are really careful, you do your research.
