The Hidden Leadership of Immigrants in France

There are parts of Paris where the cops simply cannot go. There is so much crime hidden below the surface in France, in Paris. And lots of these immigrants, lots of these people from the former French colonies and other parts of Africa have settled in France. So they do feel disenfranchised. They do feel like the French don't treat them as like they are also citizens.
