How to Create a Value Stream Map for Your Business
A lot of people who we talk about putting software for them, the activities of like setting up the workspace, setting up the desk, that's not something they consider to be valuable. So I would argue that that is absolutely a value adding activity. And so by looking at that value stream map, you look at areas of possible improvement. That'll provide some indirect value to the customer while they're waiting for the next one.
