I think a lot of people, most people in the space don't deserve earning tokens. You have to really think about the lifetime value to customer acquisition cost of your token issuance model. What kind of stakeholders do you want to attract? So select for them. And as well as selecting them carefully, such that they bring long term value to the community. If you're giving away percentage of protocol, you better make sure it goes to the right people.
