What Is a Deeply Rooted Value?
The court is poised to decide a case called bruin, in which they are going to say that is meaningful liberty. But i think that it also goes to this idea that we have to realize that to be deeply rooted in the traditions of liberty is to start by erasing women and people of color. To mea is to essentially carve out of the equation any other values that, as a society we have come to believe in.
