Is There a Difference Between Driving and Reducing Toil?
A lot of what motivates me is just wanting to make work better for my co workers. The first sophor project that i ever built, like really kind of on my own initiative, was the anti spam product at samante. It's hard sometimes to describe the value of reducing toil and incident response in a business context. I think it's really interesting thoe projects that we've talked about so far, sithers,. You've talked about sort of like driving and incident response, and then also reducing toil. And la, what are some other examples of, like, projects that you would drive or things that you might be asked to do?
