Do You Have a Customer Experience Team?
When I worked for BP, I noticed that we didn't have a really mature customer insight or customer experience team. So I spotted a problem and I basically pitched a position. And so that was a way that I got to do more of what I wanted. It's definitely a way, it doesn't have to be a permanent position. But it gets you to spend more time on it and it helps people to see you in a way that they might not be doing in what you're working on at the moment. Do you know what's also nice about that is you are starting from the point of what does the organization need versus what do you need? Sometimes one of the kind of things
