Conflict Avoidance Within an Organization
People who are less able or less person the personality is less inclined to be assertive can sometimes feel like they get steamrolled by others who are. So you could be in an ostensible line struggle, but the sides aren't even. You know some people like and then it's also like a disparaging disparaging or disparity of knowledge. Other people aren't equipped for it don't necessarily want to admit that. Nobody wants to admit I don't know what you're talking about. And so you have to create context in which line struggles can be carried out in a way where everybody feels that they're heard.
