The concept of philanthropy is very much an eye of the beholder situation. You know what one billionaire thinks of as the good of the planet or the good of humanity overall? It may be downright dangerous or even fatal for some members of humanity. Millions of people work in association with these outfits. And if we are being unfailingly, absolutely honest, a lot of these employees would never know if the folks at the top had an ulterior motive.
