Atlas Shrugged is one of the few philosophies that says like, you are special, you have these things. Other people are trying to drag you down and take from you. So I think at 17, 18, 25 or wherever you are emotionally, that can be a very potent message to a person. The inherent pettiness of Atlas Shrugged is like, Plato has his cave, right? You go into the cave, you get truth, you are obligated to come back and inform the other people of the shadows.
