Recovering Bar Velocity After Fatigue Training

The study looked at the recovery of bar velocity after a fatiguing session. It compared it with their recovery of h r v variables, which are related to strength and speed. The results were quite dissociated but there was one subject who got really fufked up by his workout. He didn't recover like everyone else did - he just kept going down. But then if you compare his bar velocity to his h r metric, they were all completely recovered by 24 hours post training.
