Since you were diagnosed, what have you learned about how to cope? Can you give us some examples of some coping mechanisms used and how it addresses some of the challenges you were experiencing? Self-compassion is a huge one because if you're being like harsh to yourself, for me, it's like if I'm struggling with something and then I have a thought, I shouldn't be struggling with this.
