I interviewed at Sports Illustrated when I was still at the sun. And it was just sort of like a casual like, Hey, come up and chat. It was very nice of them to bring me in because I'd written a lot of probably good newspaper feature ideas but didn't really know how to write like a magazine story. So I begged the Baltimore Sun.
