The Director of National Intelligence's Attitude to the Unclassified Report on Unidentified Aerial Phenomena

The public version of the report is only six pages lon with almost no detail in it. It was released on a friday, which is the traditional day you want o release stuff if you don't want it to get a lot of press coverage because you're going into a week end. And they didn't really play it up a lot. That speaks to a desire to not really talk about this too much in public. In fact, that's the reason why there's a classified version of this report in addition to the public one. It's to keep our competitors from knowing the details about what we know.
