I really enjoy working here and the work that we do, but also the culture, the people. There's something special about the folks here. What is one of your proudest moments? Probably the most proud was building a 4U homepage from scratch at Comcast with a very small team. Do you like the engineering part or the managing and overseeing others? Definitely the management aspect. Think your reach to do good is far wider. I mean, you really can have an impact on your team and organization culture that you can't have as much as an engineer.
